Snowmobile safari in Pello in Lapland’s wilderness
Naamisuvanto Safaris snowmobile excursions offer a peaceful and authentic way to experience the winter nature of Lapland. All safaris are organised exclusively for small private groups – we never combine different parties on the same trip. Your guide is there only for you, and the safari proceeds according to your wishes and skill level. The routes we use run through river landscapes and forest trails, far away from urban noise. For us, the most important things are safety, unhurried travel, and a personal atmosphere.
Naamisuvanto Safaris offers two different types of snowmobile safaris of varying lengths. If you wish, you can also combine snowmobiling with an ice fishing trip or another winter experience.
A) Private winter experience by snowmobile – 1 hour
Description:
This snowmobile safari is organised exclusively for small private groups. No other parties are added: the guide is there only for you, and the safari progresses according to your group’s wishes and skill level. The calm route follows forest trails and frozen river scenery. Along the way in Pello, Lapland, there are stops to admire the landscape and take photos. The atmosphere is relaxed, safe and personal – truly in harmony with the rhythm of Lapland’s nature.
Duration: approx. 1 hour (driving time approx. 30–40 minutes)

B) Private 2-hour wilderness snowmobile safari
Description:
This two-hour snowmobile safari is designed for guests who appreciate peace, space, and privacy. The safari is organised only for small private groups, with no other participants joining.
The route runs through varied terrain along riverbanks and forest trails, far from urban hustle and bustle. Riding is not about performance, but about the experience. The guide adjusts the pace and stops according to the group, and during the trip there is a break to enjoy a hot drink in the middle of nature.
Duration: approx. 2 hours (driving time approx. 75–90 minutes)

• Safaris are operated according to weather and snow conditions, with safety always the top priority.
• The snowmobile driver must hold a valid driving licence.
• A clear driving and safety briefing is given before departure.
